Hillcrest Cemetery Walk - June 7

Learn the stories of eight Lunenburgers on a one-hour tour.

A free walking tour of Hillcrest Cemetery on June 7, 2025, in celebration of Lunenburg's 272nd anniversary. The tour aims to educate visitors about the cemetery's history and notable grave markers. 

Tours will be starting on the hour at 1 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm.

Meet on the South side of the Lunenburg Academy, 97 Kaulbach Street. 

Learn about the grave sites of William Duff, Elden Schwartz, Ada Power, Augustus Wolff, Henry Kaulback, Ann Kenaut, Edna Kaulbach, Angus Walters.

After the event, information about each person will be posted here on the Lunenburg Heritage Society website so you can take your own self-guided tour and learn more about Hillcrest Cemetery if you are unable to attend on the day.
